The Along Track Scanning Radiometer (ATSR) refers to a series of instruments the first of  which was launched in 1991. Both a radiance and sensor and land surface temperature product are available. The spatial resolutin is 1km.

 

Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer

The Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection radiometer was launched in 1999 and has 5 thermal bands. Radiance at sensor, surface temperature and surface emissivity data are available.
